The children learn about different habitats, how the living things are suited to the habitat and the interactions between the living organisms within a habitat.

Geography

How does the weather affect our lives?

This enquiry provides an opportunity for the children to understand the concept of weather (the very changeable conditions of the atmosphere at any given moment of time) and to form a solid foundation for studying climate.

Art & Design

The children study the work of artist Georgia O’Keefe and explore colour mixing, layering different materials and drawing on different surfaces.

Children learn to re-tell Bible stories that show kindness, and to explore how this makes Christians behave towards other people.
