Jenn teaches in the South Lakes, at a small primary school which specialises in Learning Outside the Classroom. She leads Key Stage 1 and is subject lead for English and Computing. Jenn has been teaching across the primary age range since gaining her QTS with English Specialism in 2008. Jenn has a passion for Literacy and will complete her NPQLL in early 2025. She has considerable experience of introducing and implementing SSP programmes and believes that with a clear and consistent approach which is underpinned by a love of reading, every child can learn to read. Jenn loves sharing books with children and ensures that daily class reading times throughout her school are protected, valued and treasured.
